The course begins with a tasting set of three different types of sake.We have 6-7 types of sake available, including the popular Dassai and seasonal limited-edition brands, which are rotated regularly.[Note] Premium sake is only included in the first set and is not all-you-can-drink (hot and cold Matsutakebai sake is all-you-can-drink). The food includes popular dishes that pair well with sake, such as a selection of delicacies, grilled dishes, fried oysters, and stir-fried chives and offal.Of course, our all-you-can-drink option includes our signature draft beer with its amazing foam!
