Our specialty is yakitori, which the owner himself purchases and carefully skewered.Other popular dishes include sashimi (tripe, tripe, stomach omasum, and local chicken tataki) and stewed offal, both of which are unique to yakiton restaurants.In addition, the whiteboard has a daily special featuring fish sashimi and special vegetable dishes.

We have seven different kinds of sake available, including the popular Dassai and seasonal brand sake. [Note] Brand sake is not all-you-can-drink for the first set (Hot and cold Shochikubai sake is all-you-can-drink). The food includes a moderate amount of popular top-of-the-line dishes, such as delicacies, grilled dishes, fried oysters, and tamagoyaki (egg roll) with spring onions, to go with the sake.Of course, the all-you-can-drink option also includes heavenly draft beer!
